Insurance
I am in-network with many health insurances.
Please check with your health insurance provider about your coverage by asking the following questions BEFORE your first appointment:
- Is Nancy Lubars in-network for behavioral health?
- Do I have a deductible? Has it been met? If not, how much is it?
- What is my copay?
- Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fees
If you do not have insurance coverage, I do my best to offer reduced fee services. They are available on a limited basis. I feel strongly that everyone should have access to the care that I offer.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a fee of $100.
If you do not provide at least 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation, you will be charged a fee of $50.
Insurance will not reimburse for missed or cancelled sessions.

Cash, Check or Venmo are accepted.
