There are many difficult experiences in life--a painful loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, divorce, parenting challenges, gender identity, sexuality, etc.--that require us to seek help and guidance. Whether you are dealing with a crisis, a long-term struggle, or a desire to grow and become your best self, I am trained to guide clients to make positive changes so they can begin to feel better. I do this by allowing you to become aware of your unique strengths, increase positive coping skills and decrease self-blaming, negative and judgmental thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
